Fund (TIAA-CREF) and the Council of Institutional Investors in the USA;
the endeavors of the Association of British Insurers, the Cadbury - Hampel
Committee on Corporate Governance and the National Association of Pension
Funds in the UK; the endeavors of the Corporate Governance Forum of the
Center for European Policy Studies in Brussels; as well as the endeavors
of the renowned U.S. attorney Ira Millstein or of shareholder value driven
investors such as Bob Monks and Andre Baladi.”
