2006年9月28日から30日まで、ドイツ・ベルリンのFreie Universitat Berlinで、The International Federation of Scholarly Associations of Management (IFSAM) VIIIth World Congress 2006が開催されました。そのメインテーマは、Enhancing managerial responsiveness to global challengesでした。

大会には、20のConference Tracksが設けられましたが、わたしは、そのうちの8. International corporate governanceで報告する機会が与えられました。大会には、多くの論文が提出され審査されました。わたしの論文は、幸い報告の機会が与えられましたが、報告のテーマはMarket Centered Corporate Governance in Prewar Japan and Todayでした。
